All Mazendo & Chatime items are prepared upon receipt of customer's order, or 20-40 minutes in advance of customer's chosen delivery / pick up schedule.

Our menu items are to be consumed immediately upon receipt. Please check the consume-by-date on our Ready-To-Eat packs.

Due to the nature of our product items, we have a no cancellation policy. All sales are deemed final. Once paid & confirmed, our kitchen will prepare your order/s immediately. Should you have any additional request or possible changes, please do let us know by calling us at and we will inform you should we be able to accommodate.
